Thanks for your help with the ID. This appears to this untrained eye to be some type of Leaffooted Bug.

Euthochtha galeator.
Ok, I looked up the genus:-) This is perhaps an aged individual, or maybe there is another species I am unaware of? Looks to be a female. Males have much thicker hind femora.
