Is this a Stonefly. If so, it's smaller than most.

Although this angle makes a stonefly ID a bit more difficult, I believe this is a nemourid.

Yes.
It is indeed a stonefly. Don't know how it escaped comment. MOST stoneflies are pretty small, actually! Not positive which family this goes in, so putting it on the order page for now.
