Size: 12 mm
Found during the day at a lighted wall. Length measured by photographing adjacent to a scale.

Long misidentified as Hylobius pales - Pales Weevil. Thanks for the correction--see comments.

subfamily Brachycerinae?
Patrick, I was having trouble finding the subfamilies for the beetles that Donald Chandler has been identifying, and he gave me the UNH site. It works great for insects in the northeast.
