6-spotted tiger beetle - Cicindela sexguttata

6-spotted tiger beetle - Cicindela sexguttata
Paoli, Orange County, Indiana, USA
March 30, 2012
Size: 18-22mm
Found dozens of these today prowling (them, not me) on a gravel path thru woods. A very few were distinctly blue, not green like this one, but also had 6 spots i believe. same species? younger?

Cicindela sexguttata, is it not?

Moved
Moved from ID Request. Markings are somewhat variable; a common tiger beetle found in woodlands.

oh wait a sec
just realized all the other pics show tiger beetles very similar to this one, BUT they all have 2 addtnl spots, smaller, more toward the mid-line, and more posterior than the anterior-most pair of this specimen.
a different species?
