Would this be a significant "find"? There are several of these little guys that I can photograph as well as collect if need be. Please advise further.

 
Not terribly significant.
It's expected to be there; we just didn't have any photos from that neck of the woods until now.

this is a fly most likly mimicing a wasp or bee/the way you can tell its a fly is it has 1 pair of wings,wasps/bees have 2 pairs
