Long-horned Bee - Eucera

Long-horned Bee - Eucera
Radford, Virginia, USA
April 8, 2012
Is this a hornfaced bee, genus Osmia? Or perhaps a long-horned bee, genus Eucera? If so, what kind, please? If not, what is it?
It is nectaring on Cercis canadensis.
