Size: 1/4 inch app.
Found crawling on brickwork of house. Measurement of 1/4 inch does not include legs.

Steatoda?
Looks like a cobweb weaver (family Theridiidae), and possibly in the genus Steatoda (many of which have the pale line across the top edge of the abdomen, like this specimen has.
