This Is a Tortricid Moth.....
... almost certainly in Olethreutes, and quite possibly 2837 - The Astronomer Moth - Olethreutes astrologana. In photographs at least the species appears quite variable with many scales reflecting light in different manners depending on light source, strength and angle. The same specimen can seem very different when several photos are taken of it.

I've Got That One Set Aside.....
... to ask R.L.B. about. Same color scheme but those "bare" areas sure make it look different. Terrible moth genus for getting IDs so far.
