Any thoughts on this leaf-tying larvae/exuviae I found wrapped in willow oak leaf?

Aha! I wondered...
Normally I would have said Braconidae, but the fact that they're in a leaf roll made me wonder about Bethylidae. The shape seems a little off too. Would it be possible for you to get a measurement of these cocoons?
