there are tons of these little furry white bugs all over the weeds and various ground coverings in my woods. including poison ivy.

any ideas?

my camera won't zoom in far enough to get a good shot. they are too tiny

Moved from Aphids. I think these may actually be psyllids, but more detail would be needed to say for sure. Bugs covered with white fluff also include woolly aphids (Eriosomatinae) and mealybugs.
