Arhyssus nigristernum
I believe it is Arhyssus nigristernum because of the pale "X" seen on dorsum of abdomen and slightly pointed dark marking at tip of abdomen, light colored line of thorax.

Rhopalidae?
Pretty sure this is one of the rhopalids. Please compare with other images in the guide pages.

 
I knew I had photographed one
I knew I had photographed one like this before but couldn't remember where it was. Now that you have pointed out the family, I was ab le to find the image. It appears to be Arhyssus sp.
