Probably Not Tersilochinae
The shape of the metasoma in this image appears to indicate the female sex, and the tip of the ovipositor sheath also appears to show. If the sex is female and the thing I see is the tip of the ovipositor sheath, this wouldn't be Tersilochinae. It might be the genus Phrudus of the small and obscure subfamily Phrudinae. The flagellum agrees with Townes' description of "somewhat moniliform" and the shape of the head agrees quite well with his figure of the genus.
