Comanche Skimmer
I'm fairly sure it's a Comanche Skimmer (Libellula comanche). I see a white stigma, which combined with the white face and pale blue body make it Comanche. Doesn't appear to be in the guide yet.

The guide page needs to be updated to clarify that the Comanche is one of only two that have the combination white & black stigma. The guide page notes only the white color of the stigma.
I have recent photos of the male, juvenile male and female Comanche taken at the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, near Roswell, NM. I know how to enter a request for ID but can't seem to get a grip on how to simply enter a photo (in this case 3 photos) into the guide pages.

I think you're right but I'm far from qualified to make a info page. Would be kinda cool to get the first image of it up though (even if it is a bit out of focus). Jason
