I'm posting this image that looks ALMOST identical to another specimen that I just posted for an ID.  On this one, however, the silver colour round the back of the eyes goes right to the top of the head.  On the other specimen, the silver stops about half way up the side of the head.  Does this mean that the specimen shown here is a different species than my other post or can there be variations like this within a species?
