Size
wingspan = ~29-26 mm (4)
Identification
Larger and more robust than other species of the genus; large silver spots as follows: large broad spot below and extending into the cell near the base; small round or quadrate spot near outer end of cell; anvil-shaped spot below outer end of cell that is less constricted medially than in viridescens; three spots of submarginal row quadrate, discrete in most specimens; three subapical spots fused into obliques spot that is broadest posteriorly.
