White Wooly Bear
I found one just like this today, and I'm not sure if he's ready to go into hibernation. He doesn't move much...

White Woolly Caterpillar
This is a wonderful photo. I just found an all white woolly caterpillar in my Basil. I live in Western Washington State. Mine was a little different in that her guard hairs were very long and silky and soft, sort of flowed. It's September 7, 2007.

white woolly bear
I too would like to know what kind of woolly bear this is. I found one in Wisconsin and can't find anything to identify what it will turn into. Anyone know?
Thanks.
