Tucson area cicada -
Cacama valvata
Pima Canyon, Pima County

Looks like a good match for Cacama valvata. They were quite common in the upper slopes of quite hot desert.

Tucson Cicada
I live in Atlanta, Georgia, but I really think this bug is currently on my window. I heard it hit the window and it has just been crawling around for about 15 minutes. I have been watching it and trying to take pictures, but its tough because it is on the window. I wish I could, it is huge.
