Agalliopsis Leafhopper - Agalliopsis peneoculata

Agalliopsis Leafhopper - Agalliopsis peneoculata
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
May 13, 2012
Size: 4.5mm
Based on the short crown (~ 1/5th pronotum), the "wrap-around eyes," the eye-spots and the venation, this has to be in Agalliopsis genus. I have not found anything with so fuscous brown with dark venation ... not to mention the dark spots. Since there are at least 15 described species, this specimen had an Everclear cocktail, last night. Any takers ... either ID or specimen? Thanks
