Nice shot!
How did you ever get him to land? We watched one for a half hour flying up and down the same little wet ditch along a road and he never stopped once!

 
I got lucky
and spotted this one hanging from the branches before I got too close. Then I took a few pictures from 10 feet away with a telephoto lens. When I tried getting closer for the macro lens, it flew off.
