Acanalonia? - Acanalonia bivittata
Harms Flatwoods Forest Preserve, Skokie, Cook County, Illinois, USA

Size: ~3mm
We're thinking Acanalonia bivittata, if we understand Andy's teachings. We were surprised to find that they were not very faithful to a specific tree species. We photographed these on European Buckthorn, Rhamnus cathartica.
