From berlese extraction of fungus.

I have several of these, all collected from fungus.

- Size range 2.8 to 3.0 mm.
- Lateral margin of pronotum smooth, no noticeable serrations/lobes.
- Antennal insertions widely separated.
- Shallow basal pits on pronotum but no connecting groove.
- Tarsi 5-5-4

found en masse around here in NJ very late in the season
i've never seen it during summer; common around Thanksgiving
Moved from Beetles.
