Protean Shieldback
This is a Protean Shieldback (Atlanticus testaceus). I was able to distinguish it from Least Shieldback (Atlanticus monticola) because the forewings are about half the length of the pronotum. Least Shieldbacks forewings would be about a quarter the length.
