Maybe Tebenna in the Choireutids... I really have no idea, I tried to figure it out, but i don't know where to start looking

Sorry about not moving it, I was waiting for a further ID

This is a Pyralid Moth and Might Be.....
... 4895 - Sooty-winged Chalcoela Moth - Chalcoela iphitalis or closely related to it. We have a photo (here and at MPG) from southern Washington that is pretty much like your photo except for the richness of reddishness:

However, both photos are a little different from what we run into in the east, and I would like to get these two photos confirmed as C. iphitalis or have the identification corrected. This may take a few weeks as the researcher most apt to help in this case is busy with summer field work.
