Undescribed Dichelonyx species near D. fuscula - Dichelonyx
Tippecanoe County, Indiana, USA
May 10, 2007
Size: 8 mm
This species was described by Cornell (1972) in his unpublished Ph.D. dissertation. As such, the name is unavailable and will not be mentioned here.

It is near Dichelonyx fuscula, but is differentiated by the male genitalia, the shape of the hind tibial spurs, and its limited geographic distribution (IL and IN).

i've seen this before

That one is probably D. fuscula, which has a wide eastern distribution.
