This guy has some wicked hair doo.. Almost looked a little devil like from afar..

Your stating it changes color in the light, makes me think it's the Hologram Moth. The "hairdo" is very similar. But I don't see a similar dark/light parallelogram shaped patch on the wings. (Could be a trick of the light with this moth though.) So ... it might be in the same genus or something.
