Size: estimate 1/2 inch
In a road side ditch cut through the pine forest.
I had not planned on the wounded ant, it fell off my arm and the spider went for it running circles of web
around it before striking at the back end, then more circles.
It took about three minuets before the ant was ready to carry into the funnel.
