Gray Hairstreak?
This looks like a Gray Hairstreak (Strymon melinus) to me.

I agree that the stripes look much more like a grey hairstreak, but the color of the wings look way more like a red-banded to me.
I'll post it in the forum to get more opinions.

The markings are wrong for Red-banded
It is lacking the thick red bands and zigzag-shaped postmedial markings of Red-banded.
