Size: Maybe around 7 mm?
I found what I thought were large leaf mines in Smilax, but when I picked some leaves all of the cats dropped down on threads from the lower surface. We are going to try raising a few. The bottom of the leaf is totally removed.

Based on info in the guide and the cat host plant DB it seems this is the only choice.
