Moth species - Acronicta insita

Moth species - Acronicta insita
Pine River, Cass County, Minnesota, USA
August 7, 2004
Any ID for this species? Thanks.

Acronicta sp.
That is a species from the genus Acronicta (Noctuidae: Acronictinae), probably Acronincta dactylina (Hodges' # 9203), but I am not sure.

Good job
I agree that it looks the most like Acronicta dactylina.
