ID Update - March 2017:
ID for this specimen to family provided by BOLD Systems via DNA. DNA for this specimen is now a 100% match with family Pyralidae. The nearest species match at 98.62% was species Honora mellinella; a specimen that I also sent to BOLD (1). The nearest 99 specimens at BOLD were all in family Pyralidae; and of those the top 13 matches were in genus Honora.
