...Monochamus obtusus. Two other species in Oregon (clamator and scutellatus) are more blackish ground color.

Male pine sawyer.
This is a male pine sawyer in the genus Monochamus. Foret where the current classification places this Northwest species. Females have much, much shorter antennae.
