Wow!
I am also from Windsor Ontario. Where did you find this creature. I had never heard of it until now. I thought it was fake. Do they sting?

Mantidflies are relatively common around here. They have no sting and are completely harmless. Since you are from Windsor, you may be interested in a nature hike I am leading on June 24 at the Spring Garden ANSI.
