Could be D. bicolor, but ongoing revisionary work reveals that name covers a complex of species, all with rather similar workers, but having distinctive queens. Also, some of the "black" species are weakly bicolored, such as D. reginicula.
In any case, the genus is unmistakable in these clear photos, especially this lateral view.

Dorymyrmex sp. - worker
Most likely the widespread D. bicolor (formerly Conomyrma bicolor). These Odorous Ants are well known for their habit of stealing the catches of other ants, and sometimes even of predators like spiders.
