Agriphila plumbifimbriella is a Western Species
I think your moth is probably A. vulvivagella. There are nice photos of it in the Guide here by Robin McLeod (left) and Terry Allison.



Neither of these photos, nor yours, shows any hint of a line curving near the outer margin as you will see in Lynette Schimming's photo of A. plumbifimbriella from Montana.



It is of course possible that your photo represents a species with which I am not familiar. I will send the photo to Brian Scholtens for confirmation of the moth's ID.
