I think so.
Pretty sure you have the correct ID, but had to say what a great image this is. Crisp focus, insect fills the frame, just excellent:-)

Tibicen Id's
Good that somebody can, perhaps, recognize some Tibicen. I have several photos but was just real unsure about them. I'll upload them under genus Tibicen and perhaps Eric will be kind enough to suggest some id's.
