Temnothorax sp. - worker
Either T. curvispinosus or T. ambiguus. Propodaeal spines seem a bit too short for the former, but difficult to be conclusive from this angle (despite the excellent image quality).

It would not Temnothorax ambiguus, Temnothorax curvispinosus does not seem to be in Quebec
