Size: body length 21.2 mm.
Superb wasp mimic! We are pretty sure that it is Prolepsis tristis, but would appreciate confirmation or correction.

Waspish
One of the finest wasp mimics. This is indeed the fabulous Prolepsis tristus. An unusual and very fine robber. Appears to be female but this is a very dark female. Exceptionally color variation in the males.
