Host plant...
...on other image appears to be Dusty Miller (Artemisia stelleriana).

Do you have Pussytoes
or Pearly everlasting?

No...
The plant they are on is, according to the label, a licorice plant. I've been trying to feed them leaves from many other plants, but they won't eat any of them. I'd recognize pussytoes or pearly everlasting if I saw them, but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

We find them on Antennaria here
where it grows in relatively dry thin soiled kinda bare places.

Success!
I've found a plant on which they will feed. Not sure what it is, though, so I'll take a photo and see if it can be identified.
