The Red-fringed Emerald (below) appears to be a close match, but wait for confirmation/correction from someone more expert:


 
Red-bordered Emerald
Nemoria lixaria. The melanic species is brownish-green with dark brown lines and fringe. The caterpillar host plants are red and turkey oak.
