Don't think this is a good angle for ID.

Sympetrum pallipes
Actually this is perfect! We can see the vertical stripes on the side of the thorax, the stripe on the shoulders, the amber color on the wings, and the red and yellow stigmas. Check this link for comparison Potter . This will be new to the Guide
