Snail Help

I am aware that BugGuide doesn't deal with snails but thought I would give this a shot.
I have posted a snail but it was moved from the I.D. request section, this is the link to my (your) images (where the pictures remains for 30 days): http://bugguide.net/node/view/656688
I was hoping someone could confirm a guess I have made as to the ID. John R. Maxwell gave me some links and I ordered a free book for Identifying snails in my area. Can anyone confirm that this is a picture of Cepaea Nemoralis? It is really not all that important to me, I just have them in my yard and it's great being able to know what things in my yard are.
