Spider one ID - Araneus diadematus

Spider one ID - Araneus diadematus
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
August 3, 2004
Another spider that I would like a name for. Don't think I ahve shown this one before or is it just a bigger Garden Spider?.

Maybe a cross spider?
Araneus diadematus? But I'm not certain.

Yes, cross spider
Remember, Araneus species can be highly variable among individuals, but this is a classic, standard pattern for A.diadematus.

Spider.
Thank you both for the ID of the spider.
