What is this?! - Corydalus cornutus - Female

Size: approx 3" long
This was on the sidewalk outside the New River Gorge Bridge visitor's center. It's a partly wooded, partly open-space area. Temperature was in the high 80s-low 90s, full sun, although it was sitting in the shade on the sidewalk.
