Size: 3/8 inch
I'm pretty sure this is a wolf spider. It had a real red cast to it. Any ideas?

Moved from Funnel-Web Spiders. Jeff reports that funnel-web spiders are not his strength, but this does look like Tegenaria to him too.

This is not a wolf spider, but probably a funnel-weaver in the genus Tegenaria (family Agelenidae). Remember, males of virtually 'all' spiders wander, whether or not they spin webs. Nice images.

 
Are we talking Hobo Spider?
The back of this spider doesn't look like the other Hobo Spiders I've seen on the internet. Could it be a European House spider?
