hylaeus nest?

Would like to use in pollination publication. I think this was a raspberry stem that I kept and identified the emerging adults as Hylaeus sp. Seem likely?

The presence of "cellophane" lining the cells (which I don't see here) would confirm Hylaeus. There doesn't seem to be any kind of cell partitioning here. I'm not sure what that suggests, but I've moved your photo to the bee section where John Ascher will see it. You might also try the bee monitoring listserve (beemonitoring@yahoogroups.com).
