Luna moth - eggs, organs, or ?? - Actias luna
Fairfield, Somerset County, Maine, USA
June 28, 2012
hmmm, I found a dead Luna moth and it had all these little green spheres in its remains.
Any chance theses are something interesting? They did not appear to be moving...and the next day the whole abdomen was gone.

Moved from ID Request.
Eggs. They aren't this color after they are laid.

ID - eggs
Thanks a lot, best regards

Luna dead moth with eggs on it
I found one with a lot more eggs on it
I don't know what kind of bug has these eggs, but even though they are perfectly round the moth is still dissolving.

Those are
luna moth eggs.
