B. occidentalis?
OK, maybe it is a western bumblebee- B. occidentalis with a yellow band on its lower abdomen. Any thoughts?

not suckleyi (note pollen!)
looks like occidentalis
posterior or apical or terminal, not lower (that would pertain to sterna)
