HELP!
These little suckers are killing a lot of my flowers & veggies. What can I do without hurting my plants? I've worked too hard to have them come in and ruin things!! Any advice would be great.

they're devouring my grapevine and raspberries
I never saw these before last year, but last summer we had hundreds of them and they ate the grapevine, raspberries, and new apple tree down to the stems of the leaves. They came back this week (July 11, '08). Not as bad as last year yet, but we'll see.
Is it terrible to say this to a site of insect lovers? I've been picking them off by the dozen and feeding them to our chickens, who think they're fabulous! What else can I do?
