A small green weevil - Polydrusus sericeus

Size: 1/4"
This is a weevil of some sort but I'm not sure what kind; does anyone have any ideas?

might be . . .
introduced Polydrusus sericeus (Entiminae). Characters fit, but there may be similar native species.
