Shot in my front yard, he was near the house singing which was how I spotted him. I coaxed him out for a photo shoot before he scurried off and continued his song.

His physical features matched with a sighting this late in the year brought me to the conclusion of identifying him as G. pennsylvanicus. Of course, I am always open to corrections:)
